Two large cockroaches spotted!!! The poorly lit common areas create an uncomfortable atmosphere. Dirty swimming pool and sunbeds in need of urgent cleaning!!! A lack of room cleaning service after the first night is quite disappointing.

The room was comfy and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I loved chilling by the pool and checking out the sun terrace with its great view. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

the innfiniti hotel & suites has a gorgeous rooftop pool area with views of the city! the housekeepers are super sweet and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. it's also just a short drive to el casco antiguo, which is a plus.
however, the breakfast options could use a bit of variety.

I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room, and the view was fantastic! The room was comfy with enough space to chill out. I really liked that it had all the essentials I needed. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was kinda annoying.
